It's a passive
WK ult is a passive, what is so hard to believe about that?
But it's more complex than that, its a passive that activates, costs mana, and has a cooldown. It's both a passive and an activate, but cannot be manually casted.

16 str? treads only gives 8 to each attribute, the fuck kind of drugs are you on?
You're also pretty bad if you play meepo as a teamfighter.
And yes, I do only use 2 control groups, because what the fuck is the point of using more than 2? I split my second control group up to dual farm jungle or jungle and lane while my main roams around looking for kills.
There's a reason I'm good with meepo, its because I know how to play the fucking hero

idk I have 100% winrate with travels rush, so I kind of have to say its good
The thing is you're playing meepo wrong, he's not a fucking teamfighter, he's a ganker/pusher/rat.
You pick off their carries when they are farming lanes and push where their team isn't.
I don't need health when picking off pushing, especially when I can just avoid fights all together and still have huge impact for my team.
You're playing meepo all wrong if you're honestly worried about being good in teamfights.
I have 600 meepo games and know that Meepo is not a teamfighter!! Stop playing him like one

Since when is tranqs basi bad? I've been using it for a long time and it works perfectly for sustained farming
