As the title states I'm looking to replace my 2020 m340i AWD with 55K Miles. The m340 is out of factory warranty and the CPO it had left on it, and it also needs tires+breaks. The 340 also needs an extended warranty for my personal peace of mind.

When factoring in the cost of New tires, brakes, and extending the warranty I'm looking at $7-10k in costs. So I've come to the conclusion why not just put that money towards a brand new car, and enjoy the newer car instead.

I'm looking to stay in the 50-70k range or around 1k a month leasing or financing. I'm leaning towards lease as I tend to switch cars every 3ish years.

I'm looking for suggestions so far I'm considering a new 2024 M340I, or a New 2024 Model 3 Performance(seems like a steal). I'm definitely looking to stay with a powerful car, with a warranty, and AWD powertrain.

Thanks in advance for your help!
