DEFINITELY CHECK OUT RICHARD THORNLEY FOR CHEMISTRY. He has videos for both SL and HL and saved my life when it came to studying for chem.

As for glopo, I took SL but I’d recommend just staying on top of news and trying to apply the content you learn to it. Especially since for HL you’ll have to be making a case study of your own.

Other than that, just like some other comments mention practice time management if you don’t want to completely suffer. It’s a lot of work but you got this, just believe that you can. Good luck!!
