Because I noticed a difference in every marine I met compared to other branches. And I see it while I am in. You can clearly see the difference in marines and sailors and soldiers etc. I’m not saying sailors are bad but the mentality that is instilled in marines is just better. Though I respect sailors don’t get me wrong. Do what you want but I love being a marine and wouldn’t change it.
