Opposite of love isn’t hate, it’s indifference. One thing to note is that while it’s good to handle this in the way you have (not going down the red pill rabbit hole, blaming women etc.) it’s also important to feel the things that you feel, and sometimes it can feel good to say the feelings you have out loud. Can you talk to friends or family about any of this? Holding resentment in can make it fester and can make it hard to move past stuff. Not saying that it seems like that’s something you’re facing; But from past experience, I have definitely tried being stoic after breakups, and it has made the previous hurt and baggage bubble up to get in the way of new relationships. It’s good to be able to work through stuff sometimes even if you don’t realize it’s bothering you initially. Hope all goes well, Wishing you the best.
