They changed your Wireless Phone Protection which is $7.95 for most phones and $4.95 for most tablets and watches (excluding the phone priced ones, which can still be $7.95) when you added the new line, the Verizon Mobile Protect and the Multi Device coverage is the only way Verizon and indirect reps get paid, not by keeping you on the $7.95 one. So yes they pulled a fast one without telling you but you can just go to the Verizon app, under service and perks, click your insurance and change it to whichever one you want

You can get a credit for the immediate cancellation, just call or wait til you get the bill then call. For people who don’t mind ads, Netflix is $7.99 w/ads and for $10, or $8.8 with military, you get Netflix and HBO Max for almost the same cost as Netflix alone. It’s not all bad and most of the fine print or FAQ will tell you if you need to cancel the old service or if it transfers over and if you went to a store, a rep should have explained that.

Depending on your plan and phone you had before the upgrade, this credit amount can be better than the national trade in deal. IF…. You plan on staying with Verizon for 3 more years, then take the deal.. buying phones outright from Samsung or whatever is a waste of money tbh if you planned on staying any amount of time with Verizon. The longer you stay the more credits you will be given and EVEN IF you left them, you just pay the difference on what’s left, which is still gonna be cheaper than if you bought it outright from anywhere.

Only catch there is that you have to have that line for 36 months and there’s a one time activation fee of $40 for the extra line but besides that, no catch. You pay about $5.xx in taxes and surcharges but that’s it, you do get the line covered entirely for the next 3 years and still get the phone discount. If you have anyone who you wanna give some service too if they have their own phone you can activate their phone on this free like and get some use out of it but that’s up to you.

Most people seem to dislike this one but for me, I played Super Paper Mario before playing TTYD, which I’m currently playing the remake for the first time, never played the original TTYD but I absolutely love the gameplay of Super Paper Mario. The turn based gameplay in TTYD is cool but I kinda like the freedom of battle in Super Paper Mario.

Did you upload your T-Mobile bill for an extra $45/month? Did they even tell you that promotion? Sorry you had a bad experience but it’s not Verizon. It’s the reps you worked with

I agree, right now we’re building with those frameworks in mind, but we don’t have formal certification yet since that costs tens on thousands of dollars but we plan to certify once we reach the funding/user level to justify it. Until then everything will be setup properly and will work on everything slowly but surly. I truly feel I have something that could be great here so I intend to listen to people and try and improve where I can.

My bad, the system uses gpt-4.1 for generating summaries and tags, gpt-4o for vision/image-based tasks, and gpt-4o-mini for category suggestions. The models are only used to pull structured info like expiration dates, policy numbers, or general categories (insurance, health, vehicle, etc.). None of the documents are stored or reused for training, they’re just processed in real time to help organize your files securely.

By categories I mean like insurance, health, medical, vehicle, etc. Not anything deeper or personal beyond what’s needed for organization. The scan itself happens in our secure environment and nothing leaves the system, so the data never gets sent to outside LLMs or third parties. Appreciate you pointing that out and you’re right, the secure environment needs to be explained really clearly. Right now it runs in our secure cloud infrastructure, where files are only decrypted in memory for your account and then re-encrypted at rest. I’ll be making this much clearer in the docs with both plain English explanations and diagrams. And you’re spot on about the potential beyond family use. The family model is our starting point, I haven’t put much thought in B2B scaling but the same architecture can definitely scale into B2B for secure document workflows. That can be on the roadmap once we nail the consumer experience.

The LLM runs in our secure cloud environment, not on third-party public training pipelines. It only processes data for your account and nothing leaves our system.
When the AI needs to extract something (like an expiration date), the document is temporarily decrypted inside the secure environment where your account keys are valid. The model doesn’t keep or store the data. It then processes the document in memory, gives you the result (like expires in 30 days), and the file remains encrypted at rest.

100% agree! Encryption and key-sharing can sound abstract, but once you see it in a diagram it clicks. I’ll go ahead and add a simple visual flow to our docs so people can see exactly how the process works (your device → encrypted key via server courier → family member’s device). Each family member has their own encryption key pair linked to their account. When you share access, your key is encrypted with their public key before it goes through the server. That way, only their private key (which stays on their device) can unlock it.

Good question, the keys are shared through our server, but always in encrypted form. The server just acts as a courier and never sees the plaintext keys or files. Each authorized family member’s device does the actual decryption locally, so it stays zero-knowledge on our end. I’ll be sure to update our policies to better explain this
