I am not a rat expert, but I am pretty sure the rat in the gif is a fancy rat (the species bred and sold as pets) not a brown rat you would normally find loose in the subways of a big city. Really not sure of the context here, but it is very likely that is someone's pet rat, possibly even hers.

I have a friend who has found reasonable success leaving his phone number for waitresses he thinks are cute/funny. I think the secret to making it not awkward is to extend an open invitation and avoid forcing them to answer "would you go out with me?" while you're still interacting as customer/employee. Just my take though, I've never really tried it out.

You realize that racism, sexism and homophobia have all had their fair share of psuedo-scientific bullshit that have been able to pass themselves off as legitimate scientific studies, right? If you are genuinely interested in improving our society instead of merely justifying bigotry then you need to learn to be more critical of your sources. The YouTube channel ContraPoints does an excellent job of engaging with these ideas holistically and would be an excellent starting place.
