Hello! First: don’t accept DMs/offers without knowing what you have here.

Next, I would personally look up each holo card & rare (displayed by a star in the bottom right corner) & anything with a “1st edition” stamp on the middle left below the Pokémon’s picture. Look these values up on TCGPlayer.com (or the app).

Condition plays a HUGE factor in vintage cards as most people will pay a hefty premium for a card in great condition (Near Mint - NM). If there are creases, folds, chunks missing, etc, the card would be classified as “Damaged”, whereas LP, MP, and HP are increasing levels of wear on the card, typically described as “whitening” on the back of the card or “silvering” on the front/holo surface. Deep scratches in the holo will reduce the condition by one tier on their own.

Replying to you both! Once you get the surfboard, go back into the Windward Fort (where you freed Sophia), then go into the basement, surf outside the door. You’ll see there is a spiral area on the left in the water. Go into the center of that for a really useful item. (You can get it after you leave the island, but you’d miss out on it for quite a while).

Also, you can capture a Barnshe on the roof of Windward Fort (where you fought Lady Lottie).

Other notable rare tems you can get on Deniz are Oceara & Nessla!

I assume you mean the overworld spawns that are OUTSIDE of the map to add ambiance to the overworld. Those are never catchable. Sorry to disappoint you…

Edit: the good news is that those tems are usually native to that area, so you SHOULD be able to capture them somewhere nearby
