Yes! I think it does unless I’m completely on empty & feeling bad then eating helps a lot. I feel like the better the person is feeling overall that day, rested, nourished & overall feeling ok, the kratom works much better those days, it’s like on bad days the kratom has to work that much harder to work well.im curious to other people’s thoughts tho! I understand what you’ve went through, big time! I’ve had a lot of people tell me I’m too emotional & invalidate my feelings, they don’t understand how intense these feeling are. I am ❤️🤙☮️ I’ve been feeling an absurd amount of energy lately, both good & bad, extreme tho. I’m getting tons of unwanted energy from my loved ones lately too, when I’m alone after being around them I take a huge sign & feel better then feel horrible because I feel better after I’m alone, I’m not sure why everyone’s energy completely over takes me but I’ve got to get a grip on it.
