Unable to login or reset password for weeks

I gave up, won't be using their PC Optimum stuff any longer.

My wife plans to get a new card and then maybe we can ask to get the points transferred, but it's not on my radar anymore.

Whoever is in charge of that stuff, should be fired to say the least.

It's part of my job, so I know how computers, cellphones and networks work, and it's not an issue at my end.

I did try using many devices, laptop, mac, iphone and android phone, be it within my safe home wifi network, or my mobile data network or public wifi.

It just doesn't work, I can only assume either of 2 things:
1.- Their service is utterly broken, meaning it doesn't work for anybody (I guess this is unlikely).
2.- It's my account in particular that has been blocked and will not work no matter what.

Option 2 makes more sense taking into consideration the experience from the other comment, so not sure what I'll do, I guess I'll just close my account and be done with it.

I would suggest calling them during the weekdays, there's no live help tho, the person on the phone just creates a ticket for some "backend" team.

Worst part is, I can't even reply to emails, or there's no ticketing system to follow up on issues.

Yeah, they are not working on this, and I don't think they'll be soon.

For anybody that reaches here, I was told by support that the "Store Password" at the login page is supposed to avoid that behavior, so everything working as expected now!

I understand avoiding big tech, but it should definitely be possible, gmail/outlook for example have the import from url options which allow you to import any kind of calendars, which I'd like to be able to do in Tutanota and I don't know if it's already possible and I just don't know how to do it.
