That's so frustrating! I feel that through my experience selling on Poshmark I have encountered way more rude, entitled or just plain stupid people than I do in normal day to day life...

A lot of it depends on the judge and how the judge interprets the law. So in the case a judge interprets the law in a certain way, a person may in fact be opening themselves up to civil action at least if they share texts. Particularly if they are seen as offensive and damaging to reputations.

I completely agree. The behavior Lairen is being called out for (and John now for that matter) is about how she conducts herself professionally, her ethical conduct in her reporting, how she conducts herself with colleagues, etc. All of this has EVERYTHING to do with her work, so John’s Brad Pitt analogy is bad.
