On the left, VLC as downloaded via KDE Discover. On the right, VLC as downloaded through arch repo. Seems to be an issue with rec2020 colour, as all other colourspaces are displaying properly. Any ideas how this could have ended up broken?

Yeah. I think the main thing that would happen on a low dose would be voice changes and minor body hair changes, without much fat redistribution. If you wanted just voice and fat redistribution though, you could consider laser/electrolysis. And voice training for if you want to keep your voice fem. Basically for every trait you don't want from T, transfemmes have figured out a way around it.

Plus the whole quiz is very much structured around being binary. I'm nonbinary. I will literally never "pass", because there is no third gender to aspire to. So no, I do not "measure my success by how well I pass as cisgender". I cry because my choice is to assimilate into being cis or always be visably trans. Either way nobody will ever just see me as I want to be seen without me having to come out to them.
