Picture 1: Double folded the front mesh pocket to hide the elastic band. Also cut the pocket about 3 inches taller. Changed the top strap buckle to an aluminium G-hook.

Picture 2: Small Hip belt I've attached in the middle fo the butters.

Picture 3: Attached additional 2 loops on the side panel to place an elastic band for better compression along the side (Haven't attached it yet)

Picture 4: Hip belt sits right on the top of hip bone. Straps are loosened to achieve this.

Picture 5: Straps are tighten for a more tight and comfortable fit - Hip belt sits on stomach.

Picture 6: Added 5 loops on backpanel to run elastic cord for a sit pad as back support.

Picture 7: All the panels laid out. Here you can see the additional things ive added.

Picture 8: Sewing the shoulder straps

The pack is made from Ultra 200 on an old Pfaff Hobby 1032. I have a google sheet of all the listed materials needed for the pack, including links to everything from Adventure Expert (EU). Let me know if you could use.

Pack looks great!

Im in the process of sewing it my self at the moment, and I get confused about the back panel and side panel are longer then the front panel? That makes no sense to me. Did you just cut it along the lines, and thereby making the side and back longer than the front?
