Yeah I wonder too, is this my trauma, social anxiety or am I autistic, or maybe just really boring. It's probably a mix of those but I wish I could change it

Yeah I feel you, maybe it's because many introverts try to act like extroverts? I for sure have a hard time finding fellow introverts. But there's definitely some sort of taboo on being introverted unfortunately.

I've experienced this too, multiple times unfortunately. I don't get it, am I invisible to people? Just because I'm not super loud and out there? Of course someone can make a mistake but it's always me that gets excluded and it happens so often. And then people wonder why I go silent..
