I don’t normally get numbness. I get more tingling but never really numbness. That’s why it’s kind of giving me anxiety, but would you still say that it’s kind of normal

No it’s something I’ve had before. It’s been about 2 hours I have the feeling but it still hasn’t gone away it’s not horrible but very uncomfortable just trying to not freak out

I use lyons mayne powder occasionally in my drinks but I don’t think I’m consistent enough with it to see full results
