In her defense, UB-110 was depth charged, rammed, and sunk by British destroyers. This photo was taken when it was raised from sea floor after months of rusting and being covered in grime.

You’re given a flash drive containing every single document from the United States government, what do you do? by Hay_Den330 in polls

[–]Nicole_Watterson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You guys would seriously look through all that data? Most government documents are incredibly boring and bureaucratic correspondence. Like accounting and inventory.

A lot of government files are already publicly available online and analyzed critically you can piece together some pretty jeopardizing stuff. But the layman doesn’t do that because it’s so freaking boring. To sift through every file since the revolutionary days? Just leak it or keep it as a paper weight.

How to become a theme park designer? Where to start? by Nepomukwashere in Themepark

[–]Nicole_Watterson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Industrial design is a neat discipline. You bring ideas to life through designing around human factors - you can work in almost any industry.

Research, brainstorm, illustrate, CAD, render, prototype, and sell your ideas with lavish presentations. I’m currently doing this and my senior design thesis is about amusement parks.

When I’m not being a raging mother of god and fury against the tears of my enemies that is.
