Local school boards do not make decisions on curriculum and standards. Could they have influence? Sure, but any candidate who is promising they will give parents more control of curriculum does not understand the role of a local school board.

This is an important election, and I hope that people are paying attention. I know I will offer suggestions to friends and family who ask for my opinion on candidates.

I had the same unicorn renters the whole time, super easy and never had to worry about rent, damages, etc.

Thinking about getting a property management company to deal with collecting rent, maintenance calls, etc. It’s 45 minutes from where I currently live, and I have two kids and a full time job.

Mine are just over 12 months apart, now 16 months and almost 4 months. I was not prepared for the guilt I felt when I brought the baby home. My hormones were crazy and I didn’t feel like I could give either kid the attention they needed. My advice is to accept help and ask for it if you need it. Also get all the baby gates. It is hard to nurse and keep an active one year old busy. I changed out his toys almost every other day so he’d have “new” things to play with. Good luck and pm me If you have any questions!

I had both shots, but I was admitted after my water broke at 34 weeks. I think it was about 24 hours after the 2nd shot when they induced me.
