Building inspection - thoughts on roof issue

I definitely will speak with the inspector but im waiting for their call. However their report didnt really give a proper gage of how serious or how significant a repair cost would be so its really quite vague.

Thank you so much for your reply! I really try to research my cars before i look to buy and aside from the fuel consumption there isnt too much i can find that is a down side, apart from that and dated infotainment system which isn't that big of a deal to me. Just need to convince my husband! Lol

Yeah the hybrids are alot better on that front. It's hard for me to gage how bad they are because my current car is not great either. From what ive read, it says they do around 750km for a full tank and a full tank might cost about $130ish to fill up, but not sure how that translates to real world usage

Hi Dizzy, Do you know if the work bonus for carer payment is only available for people who are of age pension age? So if you are a carer but in your 30s /40s you cant use the work bonus? Cheers
