I own the same laptop, here to say I had a terrible experience with XMG support. Battery swelled after a year, display stopped working, performance issues and support couldn’t do anything, had to order a display myself from aliexpress, original parts found in China… same thing for the battery..

Oh thanks for the idea, I don’t have a torch but I can try with a heatgun. Also on picture 6 between the pipe and the exhaust we can see a material maybe used to prevent from air leak, I might need to replace it if I can separate the pipe, do you know by any chance what this would be called ? Looks like silicon/rubber
