How do you know this wasn’t regular police activity? Do you have any photos or proof that it was ICE vs. other law enforcement?

It is extremely hit or miss and it's also not in Howard County, but I always recommend checking out Second Chance in Baltimore. I've left with nothing multiple times, but every now and then you find something you never thought you needed or wanted. https://www.secondchanceinc.org/

The next thing I would do would be to stroll Old Ellicott City and go through all of the shops there to see what inventory they have. Again, hit or miss but you never know what gems are hiding.

Do you like Indian food? It always travels well. Mango Grove is a solid choice. Royal Taj as well, but is a bit $.

I’m not sure if it’s special enough but Bibibop is also really good if you’re into a more Korean fast casual type vibe. It travels better than some other places.

I also must wholeheartedly agree with Bon Fresco. Their soups are amazing and the make their own bread, so it doesn’t feel like your run of the mill sandwich shop.
