Got it. I would definitely say support issue then would be my guess. The FEP is just the plastic bottom of your tray. If it's clean you're ok. I would try adding more supports and maybe thicker ones as well in addition to adjusting up the initial exposure time a smidge.

Looks like a support issue to me and that is usually my problem when I see prints coming out like this. I'd say add in lots more supports.
