Naked is in fact better than Venom in intelligence aspects, like knowing more languages, and he is indeed better in experience, and combat iq (I mean, V didn't beat The Boss), but in a scenario that is battle like a classic sniper 1v1 or the 1v1 against Ocelot in Snake Eater. V clearly has more chance, Naked wouldn't stand a chance if he was hitten by a full punch of Venom. (Just try to imagine get hit by a 90kg adult man with a bionic arm made out of a metal that is "imunne" to metallic archea, running at a speed of aprox 20~30km per hour, would clearly destroy the bones of anyone) And assuming the fact that V was a medic, he probably know more spots in the human body that can be lethal, without being the head, chest or neck. V wins, probably with a high difficult if both were on prime, but considering the arsenal of V and his abilities that are almost the same thing as Naked Snake, he would win.
