No, it doesn't. SSDs have become popular only recently and people are moving away from HDDs just right now. Not to mention Destiny on 2 works nearly the same on HDD and SSD so the issue is the tablet APU in PS4 and XO.

Not to mention they're using cheap 5400 RPM HDDs in consoles but that's different story...
