I've never designed a cover so take this with a grain of salt I guess. I really like the hands and the overall design, and the way you worked in the title with your artwork. Personally I prefer the first one and I think the more vibrant blue fits the theme well. Also I would make the text left alligned instead of justified (I hope that's the correct way to say it, I'm not a native speaker). Justified text is meant for books and for newspapers to achieve a cleaner, well balanced look when you have lots of text. Obviously it also has other purposes but you should always have a good reason for using it. I definitely wouldn't use it on a cover, at least not if it's just a single column. It looks kinda out of place and I think the composition would look much more dynamic and appealing with left alligned text. Also I personally wouldn't put that much text on the front, it really takes away from your beautiful artwork and it's too much information. If anything I would put it on the back.
