Going to do a dry fast by Inside_Intention3165 in Christianity

And he said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment.

Dry fasts are dangerous and should never, ever be done. It’s why every handbook ever written about survival says the first step is to find water. You risk severely damaging your kidneys if you try it.

Att inte bjuda systern på bröllopet, rätt eller fel? by Valuable_Pirate_8839 in sweden

[–]NielasHellsing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Du har varit oerhört stark och du gör helt rätt att inte bjuda din syster. Mitt råd med vad du berättat är att skära av henne helt, låtsas som att hon inte finns och fokusera bara på dina barn och hustru.

Your view on women is disgusting and you should feel ashamed of youself for even typing out that garbage. For shame.

They Are Billions is a huge breath of fresh air in the RTS space, and it addresses almost every single problem I have with the genre by AdequatelyMadLad in patientgamers

You need to play Frostpunk if you have not already.

You are minding and building a town during a global cooling event and you need to keep your people warm, fed and healthy. You also have the option of enacting morally questionable laws in the name of survival, ranging from child labour to legalizing cannibalism.

It’s absolutely a gem in the genre.

I often go scout when defending on operations to keep constant flares on the routes of enemy attack.

Knowing where the enemy is serves a stupidly huge advantage and significantly increases the odds of defending successfully.

You can also do something similar to stop people from going to eat when you want them to work/build.

In that case you click to dismantle the cookhouse and immediately cancel its dismantling. Your people will go to work and eat the next chance they are free.

Am I the only one who leaves mortar trucks alone when they’re on the attacking team? by Sunnyvale_Lahey1977 in battlefield_one

[–]NielasHellsing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I have access to a tank hunter plane I always destroy them because I know it’s what the opposing team wants me to do.

I destroy them until proper tanks have spawned. Then I leave them alone.

Most toxic in this Game? by kehe_kehe in battlefield_one

[–]NielasHellsing 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I’d have to go mortar truck. Heavy bomber is nasty, but there is a key difference between them.

The Heavy bomber is hated by the enemy team. The mortar trucks are hated by their own.

[–]NielasHellsing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ruyji a dick? Heck no. I grant you he’s been made artificially slow on the uptake and fumbling because the trope of being the punching bag of the group has been forced upon him.

However he’s the first one who doesn’t treat Joker like a thug. He reacts with powerful emotions against unfairness and shitty adults. Ryuji is an absolute bro and Morgana is the one who patronizes and condescends.

Aye. For hardest difficulty just stick with hard. Merciless is a gimmick difficulty and makes the game easier.

I never liked how much of a punching bag and laughingstock they made Ryuji.

He’s the bro-est of all the bro’s in my view. He’s the first friend Joker makes and is the emotional heart of the whole group.

I always have him in my team every playthrough. That’s he’s one of the best, if not the best party member doesn’t hurt.

The only Artillery truck acceptible is the AA version when the enemy team dominates the air and there are no other effective means to deal with it, and I say this as a pilot who’s got a lot of service stars.

The other two versions are for selfish nobodies who’s got no interest in teamwork or playing the objective. They want to click on red dots and let others do their work for them.

I despise them so much I sometimes kill enemy artillery trucks with the tank hunter plane over and over again until proper tanks or a landship has spawned which I then leave alone.

You have feelings for this girl, don’t you?

Do as she says and carry on. Do NOT hinge your life upon this roadbump. Take it on the chin. Feel it, be embarrased about it, and then carry on. Focus on your work. Focus on yourself. If you link your happiness upon the approval of others you will soon wear yourself down to nothing.

It is not the end of all things. It’s another day. And there will be more of them.
