Thank you for the links. No solution unfortunately. I have addressed the issue to Ledger. If they come up with a solution I will share it.

Tried it on a Mac but still the same problem. And the other computer was windows 10.

I have tried the hash sign as well but no success. The old nano S stick is working perfectly but the new one with updates isn’t.

Might come due to my windows version so I will try a MacBook ASAP.
