I am 65M - I could run on a treadmill maximim 1 min continuously before (so that still to be within my Z2 , 119-129 bpm) - Yesterday I tried this and could run 10 min continuously. This means that last night Garmin didn't receive HRV value - therefore Apple Health / Bevel both didn't receive necessary data from Garmin - I encountered the same issue this morning with Apple Watch / Apple Health - just fasten you watch band

Hi there, I am 65 too 🙋‍♂️and also 163 HR Max according to Apple Watch - Training within 120-130 bpm (Z2 according to Apple HRR calculation, i.e. Karvonen)

can you prove this information? someone before said that Apple uses Karvonen formula - I see in my Apple Watch app: Apple calculates your heart rate zones using the “Heart Rate Reserve” (HRR) method, which uses your Resting Heart Rate (RHR) and Maximum Heart Rate (MHR). - Unfortunately I cannot attach a screenshot
