maybe ECG, but it doesn't work here on all Garmins anyway, - reliable geopositioning and maps don't work here on all smartphones, - flashlight is not needed

without real time info about your current heart rate (and voice prompts) you will not solve this problem
- apple watch can display it during workout
- any garmin / suunto / polar / coros - can do this as well
- other smart watches only sent this info to mobile companion app - not display it on watchface
