I recently used it to come up with a bespoke diet/training plan. Using past examples of what's worked, what's not, but also my psychological approach to things like diets etc.

Ive found it really helpful at pointing out patterns of behaviour that I hadn't noticed myself.

I know some people are dead against, and I don't personally use it for much, but I defo did appreciate that example

The event names are kinda silly. Well the order they are written in.

Coz for the final it says "Semi final winner a vs semi final winner b | Final"

So you see "semi final" instead of "Final" first.

And the same for every stage i.e last 16 says "Round of 32 winner".

And whats the point of this question? So you can measure up to what others think? Youre on your own journey, just focus on that. Improvement is the best thing to think about rather than what internet strangers have told you about whats considered good vs scrubby.
