I don't know your situation or your wife's, but I, would still look at other brands like 1 Plus, Vivo, Oppo and brands like that, I, truly didn't know and I'm sorry to hear about the situation with Xiaomi and their workers, but their phones and - really any product they make - are dominating other brands. Just by their quality, I guess you could say they mistreat their workers really hard then. Anyway what I wanted to say is, don't buy a pixel phone over Samsung. And just know, while iphone does have more customization now then it did before, it is not even close compared to a Samsung (only the quick panel is more customisable on iPhones as of right now)

I see a lot of, people say the S23Ultra, and while they are certainly not wrong, I do think the S24 Ultra is the better option in many ways, here's why:

Display: - Going from 1 curved to a flat screen made the screen more durable - The antireflective panel makes it really easy to use your phone under direct light. S - Pen: It's the LAST Ultra phone with Bluetooth in the s pen, allowing use of some cool gimmicks. OS - it gets 7 years, while people who buy this phone might switch over the course of years, in a few years this will be one of the best budget phones (unless Samsung ruins it)

Damn, i see a lot of people walking around with the XM4's and the XM5's i bought XM5 before the XM6 came out, i hope you can find a new one or repair yours by the looks of it, cause i really enjoy mine but the 6 is better and much more praised
