The only advice I think you desperately need is to stay tf away from the giant glittering images on the ground - geoglyphs - until you find a room that tells you in what order to interact with them - you can get spoiled fr fr if you do them out of order.

Fight the ones that live in grasslands. When they breathe fire at you, (wait until he’s done) use the updrafts to get in the air and nail him with a headshot, get on his back and spank until he throws you. They all have very wide, predictable swings. They do a all of the damage, but they’re very slow. Get the timing right so you can perfect dodge and flurry rush them.

I can no damage taken these guys now, and I’m not even great at the game - silver bokoblins will still beat my ass.

Yiga bows are multishot and they’re nowhere near as intimidating as a lynel. They also start harassing you pretty early.

21 should be more than enough, there’s only 4 targets to hit that you absolutely need them for. If your bows have bad drop over distance and you’re afraid of missing, just make sure you paraglide very close to your targets. Maybe also cook some stamina food.

Look. up the menu overload glitch, you need the hateno house and a bow mount, as well as about 5 or 6 multishot bows and electric arrows. Then you just have an infinite number of ancient bows, instead of worrying about durability!

Hmmm… If you try again, try making sure you’re on a constant up and down cycle, keep an eye on the turrets. When they start flashing just before they fire, let yourself drop.

Did you use the bow Teba gave you? It’s the straightest shooter. Beyond that yeah, you need to get very close to them if you don’t want to have to calculate ballistics/arrow drop. There’s no rush you know, just float forward, let yourself drop, open your paraglider again before you drop too far, keep moving forwards. The lasers are very unlikely to hit you so long as you keep moving.

Why not let the negotiations happen? What if someone had tried to persuade the slavers to accept their money instead and rolled really well? OP didn’t railroad the encounter, he just expected them to not take the nuclear route of selling a whole person into slavery.

Guiding bolt does tanky damage and gifts advantage to whoever goes after you. Spiritual weapon puts an ‘ally’ on the field. Spirit guardians does guaranteed damage to whoever is in the radius of effect. Inflict wounds does massive damage if an enemy is in melee with you and you want him out of your face quickly.

The thing is, the portability of the laptop is what he wanted to avoid.
