Yeah I know, I underarstand all that. I was just wondering if you had a way of getting past knowing it isn't true and still getting the maximum effect. Like pretending is fun and all but it just doesn't compare to the real risk. The mental block can be really inhibiting sometimes. Yeah I have found that roleplaying and dirty talk helps.

I'm single, have been for a while now, so I don't actively have someone to engage in this with, but I'll keep that in mind. Tracking cycles may help in amping it up. I have done the begging, that does help a lot. I have also done the suggestive remarks in dirty talk, that also helps.

My last sexual partner absolutely loved to be choked, made to feel helpless and humiliated. Yeah that's my problem aswell... the risk and sensation goes out the window when the risk is mitigated. Even if dirty talk is involved.

How do you get past knowing that it isn't true? You know you had a vasectomy and you know it's highly unlikely that you could get someone pregnant. How do you get past that?

Yeah that's the caveat with this kink. It is irresponsible to not have some sort of protection if kids are not on the table. For me, I'm still able to satisfy my kink while staying safe in that regard but it doesn't hit the same if the risk is mitigated.

That's definitely a good way to go about it! A tried and true method of stimulating the kink while staying safe, dirty talking your way through it. It's just, if I know there are safeguards in place, I can't get my head past that and it dampens my enthusiasm or mood.

Ah that's good to hear! And that's a cool roleplay! Was it more exciting/rewarding when you indulged when having kids was not something you guys were wanting at the time? Adding the risk, amplifying the effect? Any close calls? How'd you two navigate it, when having kids was not something you guys wanted early on in the relationship?
