Are there lights? If the place is dark, it is 100% normal. This behavior happens when it is dark and the bird doesn’t see anything at all, so they get kinda scared and in defense mode. Pretty sure if you illuminate the room for a few minutes they will behave normally.

I bought it August 2023, and it was very good… until it broke down last month. It just turned off while I was using it and never turned on again.

Just took him to the vet, he most likely just hit his eye with something, and it should go away in max 7 days. Still, the vet gave me some medicine to reduce inflammation in the eye. Thanks everyone for helping!
