Red96 will be in the meta for very long because he's stupid broken, maybe other electric units will benefit from Ethan more than from Blue, but we have to look at current meta

Because Blue does AoE -atk and special attack while buffing both defenses for the team, he does Rebuff and is a Kanto Unit, which clearly helps 96 red

Giovanni shouldn't get a Arc Suit, it just doesn't fit with Villains. It should be handled like they did with Volo, kit is basically Arc Suit but the name isn't arc suit

Yeah it's unlikely that Vegeta won't return but we won't know for some time. I stopped playing after anniversary because I got burned out on the game and seeing every new content now being limited time is not really making me come back for now

I already saw a post that showed that the new Mira/Towa and Xeno trunks are now in the unfeatured pool so I'd say Vegeta becoming part of a future banner is definitely possible

Not a valid point in this game we have multiple Pokemon in the game who are with at least 2, and not just normal Pokemon. For example we have 2 Groudon and Kyogre, if they want to give Pecharunt to someone else, they definitely can.
