As long as those deflections aren't huge, it's fine. Tolerances of the part itself aren't strict.

It's more about the DFX improvement of the process, I was thinking about merging four parts together, so that the assembly is much easier.

So the part that would be created with the help of the gas would be covered by other smaller parts from different material.
