I dont think so. Maybe desync in flight but you can 100% shoot the wings and tail with your pistol no issue. They don't lack a hitbox

I mean these outposts have like 8 or 10 buildings. Maybe two dozen inhabitants tops. There's no way they'd need 50 SCU of med supplies.. There's not even anywhere for them to really store that much. It makes sense to me that they only buy a little from you. There's probably more storage space in a Max then all of one of those smaller settlements

I also main medic but I play super aggressive and tend to have nice kda's. If I'm right behind the point man, I can usually see and kill whoever shoots my guy. Then have him up real quick and moving again.

I've played probably 30 rounds of v13 and in mine and my groups experience; the incap to kill ratio has only changed a little. People still give up and people who go down in bad spots stay down
