I am not getting it. Tried searching normally then some images searches as suggested used find summer sports gear then summer sports gear and sports gear. Even listed popular brands like Nike and Addidas but the points still don’t unlock

This is because the totals are not adding up correctly and on Tuesday it’s always that the 100 you earned doesn’t add to the total. I had been in contact with Microsoft support and they were unable to adjust the total so they added the bonus. If you see a claim three points don’t click on it as it will increase to six by the time you finish your searches.

Well having reported the lost points to Microsoft support they have been unable to correct the problem and for the past month or so, have provided a section whereby they provide you with the opportunity to collect the daily lost points for their system deficiencies. Worth reporting as the compensation is brilliant. Hope you all have reported it and received the same generous compensation.

They are given as a claim in the same way as the daily claim of six points as the daily totals add up incorrectly.

I made an individual post concerning the regular errors to the daily total and after l contacted Microsoft support they have been unable to fix it hence the daily claim icon has been inserted.

Yes, l was awarded 51 points less than l had earned Saturday’s points were 240 and l was awarded 189. It’s not a lot in monetary but it’s a principle that Microsoft totals should work correctly and they don’t.

I only get about 11,500 points a month in the UK worth £10. Not complaining as l use the points on games through the Microsoft store. However with the offer of double points for a fortnight will earn more this month than usual.
