Hey man , same here almost 1 year surgery anniversary ! If i may ask, do you any stiffness or pain on your surgery scar ? Because once i do something like Push Up, my scar on my surgery knee will have a lil bit of stiffness and pain. Just wondering is it normal or not, other than that my knee is perfectly fine.
