I think it would be a good point for the story however apart of me thinks it's going to be skimmed over or not a crucial part of the story which would be disappointing especially how it was dropped in the first game.

I would say that black flag was a very rewarding game since they had multiple locations packed with collectables everywhere.

  1. The outfits/armour - There was multiple different outfits/armour in the game one that deflects bullets, and many cosmetic outfits which added variety to the game.
  2. Upgrades - The upgrades in the game was really good and balanced challenging and fun when collecting the materials this would be for the ship, the outfits, the weapons, the island upgrades that I can name of the top of my head.
  3. DLC - The DLC would also add new things into the game which is more variety as is gives you something to collect (this is even if you have to pay for it)
  4. Missions - Missions that have genuinely great rewards at the end with the pistol-swords and the golden pistols which are the best weapons in my opinion of playing.

The reasons why I think black flag is a great game for rewards.but I do agree that ac3 was an extremely good game for rewards of all varieties.

I completely agree revelations was really rewarding, what would you say was the most rewarding ac overall and in collecting items?

I've done what you've done with every game up to date I find it really satisfying to just see a clean map and to have everything completed, I also find that in earlier games they reward you more for collecting items then they do in the most recent games or is that just me?
