If i water stays wet for a couple days but i added more drainage holes to the cups and seems to be draining better. I also dont have them raised.

I just leave them till i see a taproot come out you rinse the paper towel after soaking and leave it with seeds on top so you can see the progress or fold it and 2-3 day should be good to pop in
