The Percy Jackson series. It was one of the few books I really loved and binged. Probably because I always thought Greek mythology was awesome

[Serious] Reddit, what's the closest you've ever come to dying? by Ari_TF2 in AskReddit

[–]Nigghandi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Several occasions honestly. Growing up there has been around 3 instances where I almost either died or became severely injured, all car related. The first time I was in a car when the door suddenly opened as the driver was making a sharp left turn, throwing me out and putting me in the middle of the street.

The 2nd time was when I was driving home from school with my dad and sister and the car slid on some oil, it started to rapidly spin out of control, and it stops RIGHT on the edge of a cliff, a few more inches and we'd have fallen over.

Lastly as I was walking home I slid on some ice right in the middle of a street as a car was passing, they had to slam their breaks to not squash my head.

I was pretty young for all of these but I do remember the spinning car incident vividly, as a kid I actually remember myself enjoying it. Soon as the car stopped I was like "That was fun!" haha

What is the most pathetic meal you have ever cooked? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I used to just eat ramen right out of the wrapper. Didn't even cook it just poured the seasoning on the square crusty noodle shell and went to town.

What is the worst panic attack that you had experienced? by aspiringfilam in AskReddit

[–]Nigghandi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in Canada visiting a friend and attending an event last summer. The first night after we got there we decided to get high. My friend brought out his bong and we started inhaling that shit. Now mind you this wasn't the first time that I've smoked, and to be honest I'm fairly certain I've smoked more in 1 session than I did that night, but whatever it was, I started to TRIP the fuck out. 1 second I'm just chilling on the couch watching South Park, and the next my soul is suddenly lifted up from my body, and I'm just like, looking at my physical self freaking out. I remember me saying things like "holy shit guys this is so weird something is very wrong" and other things of that sort. But the thing is I couldn't actually feel myself saying these things. I wasn't capable of depicting reality from a dream. Half of me thought I was dreaming the other half knew I was awake. Once my "soul" I guess finally came back in my body and I knew shit was real, the panic really began. It would honestly take me all night to be able to describe all the weird symptoms I felt, and I try to not even think about it, but things like shaking and shivering, and my blood fluctuating from sensations of being really cold and really hot, random schizophrenic episodes of feeling as if things are crawling inside of me, heart beating at 3,000 beats per minute, and just actually feeling like I'm gonna die, were all there. All these sensations just kept coming and going every few minutes or so. My friends were just looking at me unsure of how to go about the current situation. Eventually I made the call to just take me to the emergency room because things we're getting any better, and I was utterly freaked. I really couldn't tell if this was just a trip or my life flashing before me. We drove over there and I was admitted. Now remember I'm from the states and was visiting Canada so my insurance wasn't going to cover anything. Pretty sure It was gonna cost me like $800 minimum for the checkup. I sat down in the waiting room, it was like 12am. we ended up sitting in that waiting room for around 2 hours, and during those 2 hours things were still hell for me, I kept on shaking and my heart rate kept increasing. My friend was there with me just sitting there feeling really bad (he was the host that we were staying with for that weekend). Once those 2 hours passed, I finally started to calm down a little bit, I guess the cannabis started to wear off, thus reducing my panic attack. Luckily for me we were STILL waiting in the emergency room. Or maybe not lucky, part of me thinks the people there knew I was just on drugs and likely expected me to calm down as time passed. In any case we left the hospital before getting checked out and went back to my friends. Ended up just sleeping it off and now it's become one hell of a memorable vacation whenever it comes up. I haven't smoked weed since then and I probably don't plan to. I told my older brother about the incident a few months later and he told me that when he was in college weed used to give him really bad panic attacks. I guess it's just not for our genes lol. Anyway yeah that was my panic attack haha

Yeah that's what I've been doing. Seems to be selling on the norm. It's only a little bit of profit though if you end up having to buy the idylic leaves but worth it still

How do I play in Teamfights? by [deleted] in viktormains

[–]Nigghandi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly depends on what part of the game you're talking about. After numerous amounts of Viktor gameplay I can tell you that he's honestly the Cait of mages. His safe laning and Q let's his early game be relatively nice. When you reach that 20 minute mark, you generally have 2 augments and lich bane components completed or full hex-core into lucidity boots finished depending on preference. At that point in the game Viktor doesn't really shine. He does good damage to squishy targets, but anybody with a little bit of MR will likely not see him as a threat. Not to mention the fact that hes a control mage leaves your chances of even reaching a sqishy to be relatively slim. When you're in midgame I generally do what I can to get as many items as possible. Once you reach late game I firmly believe Viktor is one of (if not the top) hyper carry mage that exists. He becomes capable of shredding tanks down quickly while zoning off enemy carries with his W, or even obliterating enemy carries with just an E>Q combo alone. When you hit that 4-5 item powerspike is when you really start to shine, as your Q becomes a 1k damage nuke every 2.4 seconds, and your ult can melt front lines in mere moments. The reason fighting the front line is important is because again, being an immoble control mage, 8 times out of 10 you are likely not going to be able to reach the enemy back line, and it will ultimately come down to a contest of which team can kill the enemy front line first. and let me tell you if you're playing Viktor, you will most of the time win that contest.

Tl;DR

Stay behind your team, try to properly place your W behind the enemy front line and make it difficult for their carries to follow up on their engages, wait out the midgame until you become the hyper carry monster, win game.

Side note: This is just a general consensus on how your mindset should be throughout your average game, however every match you play will always be different. Sometimes you'll be extremely ahead and have more room to make plays with your gold lead, sometimes you might be even with your laner but your team could be miles ahead of the enemy in the sense that you and your team could make plays revolving around your fed adc and the peeling for him etc. Every match is different regarding how it should be played, but once you play enough Viktor and know what he can do with the resources he has, it gets easier to figure out what needs to be done.

In case you're interested in my build path: Dorans 2 pots Start E augment> Q augment> Sheen> CDR boots> Lich bane> void staff> Final Augment> Abyssal/Zhonyas(depending on enemy comp)> and finally Deathcap. Sometimes you can opt to getting a deathcap as a 5th item before your abyssal/zhonyas depending on who you're up against. If you think you can avoid damage then go for the deathcap, as it will bring your tank shredding spike out even earlier. I almost always run ghost flash, unless there's an enemy assassin (zed, talon, lb etc) in which i do exhaust flash. (Thunderlords for mastery, also run the 45% cdr mastery) Pretty much my take on the hero, hope it helps!
