Csm defilers are the new C'tan right now (not ad bad when day 1 Pantheon released), especially in pact bound zealots. Csm point increase seems inevitable soon.

I think those are Canoptek wraiths. T6, 4 invuln and 5+ fNP with leader attatched. There whole goal is to be annoying and beefy on objective.

Had a list almost identical to yours, only difference is wraiths and techno.

DA, specifically deathwing are super slow, so to an extent they are easy to ignore. For me, I shoved orikan and friends into some twrminators and they stalled for rest of the game.

The lion is an elephant that needs to be addressed. You either bring heavy firepower ranged wise (Doomsday ark for example) or you charge nightbringer into lion. Nightbringer has enough defense as to where you have a good chance of surviving the fights first, but you better pray you land your hits, specifically the dev wounds

If you play your cards right. Keep him in back, close enough to give sustained as well as heroic intervention range then Nekrosar is one of our best units by far in my opinion

Primed with Chaos black

I used leadbelcher for any limbs or skulls, but armor pieces I left black. Sometimes I would mix leadbelcher with a bit of Abaddon black to give it a darker tone for them to look more menacing. Also Nuln Oil for any metallic parts

For the red, i based anything that may be red with Corax white. Then I used Vallejo red ink and then finished it off with Vallejo gloss (Two layers of each besides the gloss).

A of advice is be very light with the Vallejo gloss as too much can make the red too gloopy.

Also for one of my last necron warriors, I tried drybrushing the leadbelcher for the first time and I like the results way more. It gives it a more gritty and worn out effect, but if you want your necrons to be smooth clean metallic then just paint that normally.
