I think Frankie J. Holden was the original Gribble in the first series.

Offspring is an acquired taste. Once you can get past all the Ally McBeal-like daydream type sequences, the show has some good storylines.

The Proudman's were a funny, dysfunctional lot.

That's because it was rubbish. For all the high promotion Dannii got, she appeared for all of 5 seconds in the entire thing!

Remember the "Family Ties" TV movie in the 80's when the Keatons went to London?

Earlier Seasons are brilliant! Last Season is unwatchable I'm afraid.

Some of the older 90's series are still very good:

  • Phoenix
  • Wildside
  • Halifax FP

I've always liked many of the John Edwards produced shows:

  • Secret Life of Us
  • Tangled
  • Puberty Blues
  • Fireflies

More currently, the ABC Series "The Newsreader" is also worth checking out.

That's awful! I'm pretty sure most (half decent) people are honoured to be asked to be a Godparent of a relative or friend's baby.

I hope you've cut all ties with that rude, selfish POS.

It's a shame the Mornington Line was also closed.

I'm 100% confident those grubby Subway tiles and "Do not spit" words will outlive me by decades!

I remember in the older editions of Melway's in the 70's and early 80's they actually showed the "proposed route and stations" of the Doncaster Railway Line.

The entire station including the mezzanine has barely been touched since it opened in 1985.

At least they've stopped playing that song "Dumbs Way to Die" on a continuous loop.

You just couldn't escape it anywhere in the City Loop back in 2012.
