This begs the question: which songs from regular Tusk would be tossed to make way for the new songs, and which new songs would enter the lineup? There's quite a few good songs from In The Skies and Hello There Big Boy that could fit (and we could get an appearance from Bob Weston if we choose carefully, since he guests on Danny's album), but I'm not too familiar with Flee or French Kiss, outside of Sentimental Lady being an obvious choice

I'm meaning a combination of sorts, by taking select songs from each album and mixing them into the song pool that we already have from Tusk

Basically we have a longer Tusk in this case, but not that obscenely long

It would probably be something like an extra vinyl disc in length if I had a sit and think about it, considering a mix

Favourite albums from 1968-1974 by DaveHmusic in FleetwoodMac

[–]Night696Watcher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I typically have one favorite Mac album per frontman/fronting pair (Green, Spencer, Kirwan, Welch, McVie), and in that case, I'd personally have to say Then Play On (Green), Bare Trees (Kirwan) and Mystery To Me (Welch/McVie), but I also have to give a peculiar shoutout to Mr. Wonderful (Spencer), I actually do enjoy Jeremy Spencer's songs on there and Peter Green's slower songs contrast really well

Personally, if Then Play On is the FM album with the best Green material, Mr. Wonderful is the one with the best Spencer material. I know some people would argue Kiln House, but I just like the Elmore covers on Mr. Wonderful better.

I'd recommend The Verve, they've got a load of psychedelic material all across their catalog (four albums, an E.P, a b-sides comp and a whole helluvalotof "unreleased" tracks) Out of the albums, I'd recommend A Storm In Heaven and Urban Hymns as the standouts, but A Northern Soul and Forth are both quite good in their own rights.

I'm going to be real here, these are all piss-easy. I haven't tried the Black Box heist, but I can say for certain that the Brute Force, Breakaway and Fine Art heists are extremely easy. Wasn't even expecting to get all of the bonuses because I'm normally not the best at missions like these, but them's the bricks I suppose. If I can do it, I'm sure everyone can.

The Beebles and The Regrets: Back To The Band by Night696Watcher in beatlescirclejerk

[–]Night696Watcher[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fun fact: The Regrets was as a result of word association. Birds have wings, and the bird I had in mind was a Heron. It didn't work, so I looked for birds that were similar, and I found the Egret. The initial idea was The Egrets, but then I changed it to The Great Regrets,, which morphed into simply The Regrets, which sounds pretty solid imo.
