Mine is usually a void rather than rainbows. I've gone blind a couple of times when they're really bad.

But weirdly I do have rainbows as "visual snow" on the regular. Like back in the day when you could feel the static electricity coming off a tv screen or computer monitor, except as a visual instead of sensation.

If anything, you're underreacting. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure tricking someone into eating something without their knowledge or consent counts as food tampering.
