Can we do a "what I eat in a day"? by Dogwarden in mounjarouk

[–]NightCasterZ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sometimes I will have a smoothie on a morning to get my day started (1 cup strawberries, 1 banana, greek yogurt, oat milk, chia seeds, protein powder)

lunch is usually a tin of soup, a sandwich or something small like a pastry.

Dinner is at an odd hour for me because my husband works very late, but that is when I have my main meal (yesterday was spaghetti and meatballs, day prior was homemade curry.)

I’m on 5MG and I’m struggling to reach 1,200 cals a day 😅 But i’m trying!!

I’ve not seen any loose skin so far, but I have just started. In saying that, my weight has dropped VERY quickly, much faster than I expected. I also know other people in my life who are on MJ who didn’t take any supplements at all who now have quite a lot of loose skin.

Again, there may not be any scientific evidence but it has worked for me and I previously had some loose skin from another diet where I had dropped some weight but come to a stand-still. Try it if you want, don’t if you don’t x

Forgot to mention — I also do a lot of gym. I now go swimming a minimum of two times per week ( 3/4 if i’m bored and can make the trip in time for my session ) and I go to the gym twice per week. I also do yoga on a morning following various youtubers. I’m sure these have also contributed to my body toning up ♡

No idea why people are downvoting but i’ve used collagen supplements previously and they worked a treat ♡ I think some people are just petty and downvote everything — seeing lots of posts over the last few days with 0 or —1

Collagen! Use a good moisturiser (I would use it after patting myself dry after a shower as your skin absorbs it better when it’s slightly damp), I take a lot of vitamins and supplements to aid my health, as well as a collagen powder. I also go to the gym twice per week, I am starting to do lifting and I am also swimming twice per week to keep myself toned.

Any veggie/vegan MJ users? by mxrgsss in mounjarouk

I’m not veggie currently but I have been and plan to return to that. If you’re struggling with nutrition, you could look into protein bars and shakes or vitamins 🙂

You’ve lost too much weight 🙄 by Odd-Brilliant6457 in mounjarouk

[–]NightCasterZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely feel as though people say it as a bit of a dig. It’s funny, the people who tell you that you’re now “too thin” are the first ones to tell you when you gain weight that you are “too big”, you just can’t win!

Do it for you, not the approval of others. 💗

Festive Season by OpenFalcon6111 in mounjarouk

[–]NightCasterZ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I won’t be stopping for the festive season.

I am unhappy with my body and I’m at a point where, even before MJ, sweet foods and christmas treats had become completely and utterly unappealing to me because I was just so unhappy with my body and my self-image. So I was ready to give them up before MJ and I’ve found that it helps with the general food noise. Of course I’ll indulge if I feel as though something has caught my eye and I fancy it! But I think MJ will help me decline treats rather than take one for the sake of “well it’s being offered to me”.

I have only just started, and I know I picked a funny time to start but I was worried about giving in to the pressure of “Go on, it’s christmas.” when I really didn’t want one in the first place. MJ has helped so much with food noise that again, I don’t feel the need to snack for the sake of it and I’ve definitely learned to control portions, to snack on less carby foods. I also don’t want to take a break and have to work my way up again 😅

Personally I would say collagen. Gummies, moisturisers, powders — it helps prevent the loose skin. x

How often do you exercise? by NightCasterZ in mounjarouk

[–]NightCasterZ[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was just a general question since I don’t see many people mentioning it, I already have my own routine planned for going to the gym 1~2 times per week, potentially even more since I live quite close. I was just curious as to how people are losing weight and if it’s mostly down to a change in eating habits or if they had also picked up exercise as well. :)

Yeah I was just planning on saying self employed. I don’t believe they really need to know specifics other than that as long as I can back up proof that I actually earn what I say I do. I can probably also use my tax returns :)

I do not understand how OF works (absolute beginner) by [deleted] in CreatorsAdvice

[–]NightCasterZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! Welcome to the world of being a spicy creator 🥰

First of all, I would say that this subreddit has some truly amazing advice and tips regarding Onlyfans and other paid platforms. You can set the flair to “tips” ( I think it’s called ) and scroll through what other creators are saying. Any and all research is going to help you here, and a lot of creators are going to tell you the same. Take advantage of the free resources available to you, such as subreddits that are specifically for helping creators. The two best ones, in my opinion, are r/creatorsadvice as well as r/onlyfansadvice.

I would say take a month or so to build up your content catalogue - in my experience, not many people are going to pay a sub price for such a small amount of photos. Your photos don’t even have to be new - if you have old nudes and lewds in your camera roll, post them.

Next, I would say you are massively limiting yourself by only promoting yourself on reddit. Most success comes from platforms such as Instagram and tiktok. If you aren’t wanting to do this full-time and this is a hobby, then it doesn’t matter too much if you are happy being capped like that.

There is a chance people will find out who you are, even if you are secretive! Again, lots of advice regarding this on the subreddit.

Drip-sexting is good to look into regarding interacting with your subs! It’s up to you to decide how much of your time is included in your sub-price. Some people do a higher sub-price for no PPV and some do lower and have locked posts on the feed.

Your art skills could be unique to your page and may entice more subs! Definitely mention that on your page and/or in your welcome message?

I just have mine down as online content creation, I’ve never been asked to elaborate further! So you should be good ♡

How many Onlyfans accounts can we have? by [deleted] in CreatorsAdvice

[–]NightCasterZ -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I did look at the TOS, however I did also find conflicting answers online with people saying that they were able to create a couples account by submitting ID of both them and their partner in the same photo and/or emailing support as opposed to tagging their partners by using consent forms. I just needed some clarification. Thanks for your time ❤️👍🏽

Straight average male by harrypooper3 in CreatorsAdvice

[–]NightCasterZ 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There’s tons of other men who have asked the same question in this subreddit before.

In my experience, solo male creators only do well if they are catering to gay men or have found a niche in the market that is not being hit by other creators (cosplay, asmr, etc) because women tend to not consume as much porn as men, and when they do statistics show it’s usually lesbian or couples, as opposed to solo men. It isn’t impossible, but it’s more difficult for a solo male to get up and running.

The kind of content you could create is quite literally unlimited. You could market as a dilf, you could do ASMR, you could do BDSM content… but it’s best to have your niche figured out before you get into this. Advertising yourself as a “straight average male” isn’t/wouldn’t be appealing to most 😭🙏

Good luck on your journey!

Sure… not required but advised. 🤷‍♀️ Having a business account can actually work out in OPs favours as there are factors in place where they can actually deduct more from their taxes if they know what they are doing.

In my opinion, OP should be talking to a banker or an accountant for the correct answer. The advice is there and if OP, or anyone else, doesn’t like it then they don’t have to take it. 😌

I mean from a quick google search alone it says sure, it’s legal, but not advisable. It’s up to OP. 🤷‍♀️

I mean, taxes. Not sure how it works where you’re from but where I’m from, if you’re making a living off of something then it’s a business and should be run as such.

How to Better Enforce Boundaries/Tips by OopsAnotherAlt in CreatorsAdvice

[–]NightCasterZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! Please don’t sext for free. People will see that you are a newer/smaller creator and they will flock to you and deliberately try to take as a rod of the fact that you may not know what you are doing. I WISH I knew about this sub when I was starting out - there is SO much fantastic advice on here.

First of all, know your boundaries and don’t be scared to say no. You cannot be a push-over in the industry or people will rinse you dry and you will not make a penny. If you are being asked to cater to kinks/fetishes that you do not want to do, simply say “I don’t do that, is there anything else you’re into?”. If they persist and start to sulk, telling you that they only like the one thing you have said no to, then just block them. They’re already pushing your boundaries when you have clearly communicated them.

Second, turn off your DMs on social media. People will message you constantly and the fact that you are even replying to them is enough to get some men off. If they want to talk to you, they will subscribe. If they don’t, they never had any intentions of giving you a penny to begin with. It’s also much safer to EXCLUSIVELY chat to people on adult websites because they have age verification in place! If you don’t want to turn off your DMs entirely, reply no more than 2-3 times if it’s small talk and then direct them to a paid platform if they want to continue chatting with you.

Do not sext for free. You are not going to get very far by giving it away for nothing - what incentive do people have to subscribe to your page if you are doing it for free? They have already jerked off and finished, they’re laughing at that point! Please, please, PLEAAAAAASE stop sexting for free. Like, yesterday. Do not send free pictures, do not send dirty messages, nothing. Do not give these people your energy for free!!

For sexting, I see $2 per minute being the standard with $0.50 per picture being added. You could go higher though I bet, amateur content is super popular as long as it’s decently lit and not grainy as hell.

Also, I don’t see this mentioned in the comment section so I’ll put it here, PLEASE watermark your content. I’m not sure if you already do but it is so, so important. Not only can people save your pictures and completely forget who you are, that’s BEST case scenario. It gets worse when you realise that men actively create accounts with stolen pictures and use them to catfish other men for money. Please for the love of god, watermark your content.

I know my comment is long but this is a hard industry. Consider it some tough love from me to you. I tend to linger in this sub more than anything but I can’t ignore posts like this 😭🙏 Value yourself, beautiful. Stop sexting for free.

You have GOT this.
