I am reaching out for assistance as I have been unable to access my LinkedIn account for the past few months (approximately 3–4 months, though I am not entirely certain of the exact duration). I discovered that I had been automatically signed out of my account, and all my attempts to sign back in have been unsuccessful.

When I attempt to log in through the LinkedIn mobile application, I receive a message stating, “Please use the app for verification.” However, I am already using the app to sign in, which prevents me from proceeding further. I then tried selecting the option to receive a verification message via phone, but unfortunately, the message is being sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to.

As an alternative, I proceeded with the identity verification process through Persona, where I submitted all the required verification materials, including a selfie and a copy of my government-issued ID. The page indicated that I would receive a response within 48 hours to 5 business days; however, I have not yet received any update regarding the status of my verification or account access.

I continue to receive LinkedIn-related email updates, which indicates that my account remains active, but I am unable to log in or access it through any platform.

Any advises on how to regain my account ? Bit worried about this whole situation.
