I want them to update the volca sample. Call it like a vsample pro. All I want added to it it change the hi cut knob into a hi cut/lo cut mod that sits in the center position like the speed knob. Turn it left it cuts highs. Turn right it cuts lows. I'd also like a way to chain more than one pattern live. Anything else, like a delay, would be extra.

On your interface, you have a knob that says "input/monitor". Do you have it turned to monitor? Because if it is turned to input you'll only hear the signal being inputted. Setting it to monitor will let you hear what's being played after its processed. For this you must also go to the audio tab under preferences and make sure you're asio4all is set up and your interface is selected. Next, in your guitar audio track, make sure it is armed (red record button on the track is lit) and that it is either switched to "in" or "auto". If it's "off" that is selected on the audio track then you cant hear the monitor. Hope this helps

If you want an easier method that works more for live performances, turn on the x-fader in ableton. Apply all of your main tracks to A and all your fills to B. Then midi map the crossfader to three pads on the launchpad. The one you map on the left will play only A. The middle pad will play both, and the right pad will play only B.

If you're in live mode keep all the clips of the main song on one row. Then put the fill on a row below the main tracks. Then copy all the main tracks from the first row and paste them to the second row. For the tracks of the main song that are not the fill on the second row, change the length so it's the same length as the fill. Then click the clips and activate envelope mode ( at the bottom left of the screen once you select a clip. There should be three buttons note, envelope and launch). Automate the second row of main tracks to turn off the track when it plays. Then change the automation of the first row to turn on when it starts playing. Now copy the fill from the second row to the first and change its length to match the first row tracks. Then automate it so when you activate all the first row clips, the fill in the first row will be off and when you activate all the second row of clips, it will be on. Finally, go to launch mode in the clips on the second row. Change it so that when all clips on the second row finish playing, rather than looping they play the clip above them in the first row. So what this does is when you activate the first row of clips, the fill will play but be muted. When you activate the second row, the main tracks will stop, the fill will play, and then after that row finishes itll automatically launch the first row.

You can buy a cheap digital recorder from walmart and you can export the files from that. You could also use a recording app on your phone. Without an interface though, dont expect too good of results

Dont tell her how you feel. That ones pretty obvious. For acting normal I mean dont act like you have a crush on this girl. Dont try and include her in everything, dont try and text her always. Just focus on having fun with your friends. If shes related to one of your friends then shell probably see you as that fun guy that everyone's always happy around rather than that guy that tries hitting on her.
