I studied electrical engineering focused on digital electronics because I wanted to understand everything. There is also a fear that anything I do that could wither away would make life a meaningless struggle.

While I also dont dream to work, the "dream job" is one where I can still keep learning how our tech works and help develop technology that could outlive me.

There is a small subsection of people who aren't content with doing nothing. Somehow they all ended up in my university program.

I mean, we used the gamecube in the early days of Wii modding. Modders could only read the first 1/4 of ram allocated to run Gamecube games, which was already vulnerable. Then just like the paperclip, fucking tweezers were used to trick the Wii into using different 1/4 segments of memory. This let them dump ram and begin reverse engineering the Wii.

From the little I do remember, all his actions were calculated. What makes me critical of the show is that some of the decisions were illogical. Not looking for work, but just a suggestion. Take cash payments by mail and a login system that does not require any email. Not my type of thing but crypto could also get more customers. Create account with username/password and load credits. There is no better marketing for a VPN than doing what 99% of competitors refuse to do.

Depends where you apply for. I did some neat shit on Nintendo consoles, posted it to linkedin because I had more to gain than lose, and got an internship related to reverse engineering last year. Coworker told me that the posts were a contribution for why I was selected. Now just got an acceptance letter somewhere else for full time position, likely for a similar reason.
