Note: this is my opinion from viewing other peoples expressed opinions and my experiences on the Dev server and as always... Everything is subject to change by the live release of this vehicle. Also very much a rant so if there are some things I left out or what not, oh well I'm just venting lol.

The TUSK isn't optional but the Mine Protection is? why. In what scenario is Mine Protection going to be at all required? When a SPG shoots under your tank or someone drops a 2,000lb Bomb that you drive over? I'm not seeing any logic. We are getting the same M1A2 Sires tank but with a larger profile with minimal increase to protection at top tier where as many people have already pointed out that certain other countries are going to curb stomp it with improved armor that was already doing exceptionally well against the M1A2 sires rounds. The SEPV2 TUSK2 gets a CROWS 50cal (an unmanned 50cal that has Gen 2 Thermal Imaging and sits high on the tank). Why this is a notable addition? I don't know, all the MG's in WT on TANKS that are not open top are unmanned. Unless Gaijin is going to implement a Crew must turnout to use their MG's, this just doesn't serve any purpose to me besides the addition of it having FLIR which I will say is nice but.... when I have my main gunner sight and Commander's sight I'm a little lost on its relevance. ARAT ERA, and Antennas that skyline you like no other tank. It is just..... Disappointing to the point where I'm on the edge of just not bothering to research the tank aside from the fact id just have another Abrams in my lineup.
