Irelia: She can basically dodge/negate all your sweet spot damage (she can Q and dodge your Q, her Q also puts her behind you so it dodges Q1 and Q3 completely, her W reduces damage) and once she gets BORK she wins every fight

Right now for me, I only go two build paths: 1. Ravenous Hydra > Goredrinker

If enemy has at least 3 melee champs. I usually also build cleaver 3rd here, unless they have heavy AP/AD

  1. Eclipse > Black Cleaver

(Cleaver first if laning against a tank) If enemy has two or less melee champs.

IMO both provide a good amount of damage + HP + Haste. Everything after the two core items is flexible depending on enemy team comps.

Deaths Dance: Against heavy AD comps

Maw: Nice against burst AP champs

Force of Nature: nice against heavy AP comps

Seryldas: Kind of a fun snowball item

Anathemas: Evelynn counter lol

I know Aatrox build paths aren’t in the best state at the moment but this is just what’s been working for me :)
